Dabas World operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) export company. All transactions are conducted with registered businesses, distributors, wholesalers, and trade buyers only. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply on all product categories.
All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written approval from both parties along with advance payment as mutually agreed. Dabas World reserves the right to modify pricing in the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs, freight charges, or currency exchange rates.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms include advance payment or as per the agreed Proforma Invoice. All international transactions must be made in the agreed currency via bank transfer (TT/Wire Transfer) or Letter of Credit (LC), unless otherwise specified.
All products are manufactured using premium Glace Cotton and quality-tested fabric. While we maintain strict quality control, minor variations in color or texture due to fabric dye lots or screen display differences shall not constitute grounds for rejection or refund.
All designs, product images, catalogues, brand names, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Dabas International Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Orders once confirmed and in production cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests prior to production commencement must be submitted in writing and are subject to management approval.
Dabas World shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays due to factors beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to port congestion, customs delays, or natural events.
All agreements, transactions, and disputes are governed under the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Delhi, India.
