Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product delivered is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
• You receive an incorrect product different from your confirmed order.

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Bulk and wholesale orders.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Clearance or promotional sale items (unless received damaged).

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

If your refund is approved:

• The amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged only if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• The exchange request is approved after product inspection.

Replacement products will be dispatched based on stock availability.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
• Take photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
• Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
• Do not use or alter the damaged product before reporting the issue.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.
• Customized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded according to our cancellation terms.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Dabas World will arrange or reimburse the return shipping where applicable.
• For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
